Optimum eating quality

Lambs are carefully appraised to fit tight specifications and all carcasses are chilled for five days to guarantee optimum eating quality. Our lambs are carefully handled from the paddock right through to the delivery at your door.



Convenience - long shelf life.

Each pack contains a whole lamb fully boned and each product is vacuum packed and labelled for your convenience. It can be frozen to extend shelf life.

Quality Assurance

The property of origin of each lamb is identified in your carton. Specially trained butchers at the Finer Food Pantry in Wangaratta and our carefully selected contractors carry out all processing and delivery in strict accordance with State and Federal food handling requirements.

Delivery:


Our specialist refrigerated courier service ensures that you receive your quality Rutherglen Lamb in the very peak of condition. Once you place your order we will contact you to give you a delivery date. As your lamb is being prepared we will contact you again to confirm delivery, which can be to your home or to any other address you request. Our overnight service ensures you receive your lamb in the same perfect condition in which it left our butcher - 100% guaranteed!

 

Price: 

Pack Price - $205 delivered Melbourne/regional Victoria

Pack Price - $235 delivered Sydney/regional NSW

Milk Fed Lamb - $150 delivered as a carcase of 10 to 12 Kgs Melbourne/Regional Victoria.

Milk Fed lamb - $175 delivered as a carcase of 10 - 12 Kgs Sydney/regional NSW.

If extra cutting is required for milk fed lamb charges will apply. Please talk to us to discuss your requirements.  

Payment:

Payment may be made by cheque, eft or credit card. Trading accounts established for restaurants.  A fee of $5.00 applies for credit card payments.

Minimum weight of product is 12kg for lamb packs

Milk fed lamb as a full carcass - bone in - carcass weight can be flexible to suit your requirements. Ideal for the Restaurant trade. Call us to discuss.
